RESEARCH AND MENTORING

Our research and mentoring work is aimed at translating political consensus on gender based rights at an international level into codification into binding law, both domestic and international, and mainstreamed into structures, practices and procedures.

International and domestic accountability mechanisms are critically needed to ensure implementation and enforcement of international law relating to gender if lasting substantive change is to be effected.

We achieve this through desk-based research and consultation with experts, academics, members of parliaments, and civil society leaders from the field.
